Anyone experience their driver side window shatter spontaneously on their Chev Aveo?

You might not believe this, but my nephew had a sound system in his car that blew out the back glass. With the right volume on a powerful system you can, and in fact will damage glass. I'm not saying this is what caused yours, but it is the only thing I can think of that would cause this besides putting hot water on a cold glass. That will make it happen as I have seen that too. My father in law used to use water to get the frost off his windshield each morning, until he blew it out. Did I laugh....OH YEAH!
