What cause my engine light to turn on? I had the ECU replaced 2 years ago, now it is doing it again, could it be that the ECU is bad again? Or other factors can cause this such as bad distributor or something?

bring it to a good auto tech...if you bring it to a dealer they will jack the price up just because they want to.if you no any technician he can do a simple diagnostics on your car with a simple tool...you can also look at a auto parts store if they have a tool for your car that you can do your own diagnostics...sometimes its just a pin that goes into the diagnostic plug in and it makes the check engine like blink a certain amount of times for different codes... that will tell you exactly what is wrong with your civic..also another good idea is get rid of your civic.they get problems in the long run and then the parts are super expensiveMore Questions & Answers ...
