The CRXs that were exported to the US and Europe had no back seats. The CRXs that were for the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) did have back seats. If you get one from Japan or Australia it will have back seats, but they wouldnt be good for anything other than a baby. You may be able to buy the seats and install them yourself but keep in mind you might have to drill holes and such.

it doesnt have a back seat. its more of a storage area. dont get me wrong, there have been many times when a friend would cram himself in the back on a beer run, but thats not what its meant for.
