I think there's a button the the dash where if you press it it changes from 12 hour to 24 hour clock, but if you hold it down for a few seconds it lets you change the time.

if it is the 00-01 model, on the fake aluminum surround of the dial there are what look like allon key screws holding it on. there are 2 which are actually buttons left and right of the clock; left for hour and right for mins. the bottom middle 1 is for the trip meter.
