Has anyone used a flashpaq superchip programmer for a vehicle?

Question:
I own a 2006 ford f-150 and just bought several things to boost my performance and one of them is the flashpaq. There are several settings and I want to be sure to get the most performance the proper way out of my truck without doing any damage to anything. If you have any suggestions or have used one yourself I would appreciate the input.
