I would say about another 5,000 would be a price for a good paint job, IE painted the way it will be attached to the car. Meaning that you cant paint the rear fenders while they are lying flat or the colors wont match. Also you wanna get the parts wet sanded after they have been clear coated. also you want to have at least 3 coats of clear put on over the color. Show cars go as high as 7 or more coats of clear but if you just want a nice showroom shine you want at least 3 coats of clear with a good wet-sanding job. So as long as its not the whole car i think 5,000 would be reasonable, and dont be afraid to ask questions know exactly what they going to do and how they are doing it and when they are doing it. It your job to be involved in the paint job. Also if you dont like something speak up. And if you think 5,000 was a lot then i guess you dont know why chicks dig the ricers, not because they are fast its cuz if they if the car looks good then it had to expensive.More Questions & Answers ...
