Check under the dashboard on either side of the steering wheel. I know Toyota used to put them there. I don't know if they still do. You might also look under the dash on the passenger side as well.

I owned a Camry as well and had a problem finding the other fuse box. If you have a slide out compartment on the left side of your steering wheel on the dash it is located behind that. Just take out that compartment and you should find the other fuses, like stereo and other accessories.
