2003 Ford Explorer automatic won't go into park!! HELP!?

Question:
All other gears work fine, but when moving the stick to put it in park, it won't go. So, in order to turn vehicle off, it has to be in neutral with key in ignition and parking break on. Any ideas how to remedy this.

I need a Ford Galaxy Owners Manual, New 2.0 TDCI?

You should chekc your fuse look up the fuse number in the owners manual for the gear indicator to find the rigth fuse or you can also check your breacks maybe its not comunicatin with the cpu correctly, and if you dont know or your not sure wht your looking for you should bring it in to a Ford dealershp to get it checked out :-)
