2000 Camry or 1995 bmw?

Question:
I'm looking into a first car. There is my dads girlfriends 2000 camry with 125,000 miles on it although it has been kept exceptionally well. And then there is a 318it bmw from 1995 with 77,000 miles on it. Any opinions/advice

1992 Lexus SC 400 turns off for no reason.?

Both vehicles are very reliable. Depends on your ability to pay for regular maintanence, the BMW will cost more than a Camry for parts. BMW's however do not breakdown often if they are maintained so it could be a good deal depending on the condition. A BMW is definitley a more interesting and joyful ownership experience. If you want to pinch pennies, then buy the Camry.

At 125K the Camry is getting to the point where it's going to need some expensive repairs - catalytic converter, complete brake jobs, fuel injectors, timing belt etc...

Help --- Renault megane problem?

For the BMW, 60K is where they want to replace the timing belt, find out if that has been done yet (may not be a factor with that model). The BMW might be a little further away from needing major maintenance, but all the repairs on the BMW will be 1.5 to 2X the cost of a similar repair on the Camry.

What engines can i put into my 1989 toyota corolla FWD ?

The Camry is a zero on the kid coolness scale, but it will probably be the more reliable and a less expensive car to operate. Depends on where you want to spend your money, on the car maintenance, gas to go in the car, something else.

The 318ti was possibly the worst BMW ever produced. I'd rather have a Camry.

Hasd marcos kit cars been taken over by us emirates?

Well they re both very reliable,Camry sounds good, even better if its well kept, although the BMW 3-series sounds tempting, plus it only has 77k mileage on it,what a bonus,i think its mostly up to your opinion.

My dad needs to know a website where they sell Lotus Esprit parts. He wants a new carbon fiber dashboard.?

i would check the blue book values first n put theyre value into consideration and then of course how much theyre selling them for now. i would also check the conditions of the major parts in the cars. of course the bmw looks pretty tempting but just because it has low miles doesnt mean it will last longer so from what uve told me id probably go for the camry cause as least u know it was well kept where *** the bmw could of had the crap beat outa it.

Can any one explain why some chevys have a blue bowtie emblem and some have gold bowtie emblem?

318it is the tiny 3 series. 77k is not much milage but I don't think those had much in the way of performance and they're tiny. 95 is going to start costing you too.
