The car is a 2002 ford escort zx2. I get no fan when I flip on the fan switch in car. I checked fuses under dash and under hood. All fuses are good. Is there a way to test if the fan is working?

Well, it doesn't run off a fuse, it runs thru a 30 amp relay in the central junction block,then thru the relay,then the motor,then thru the switch to ground. So the easiest way to test it is with a test light. Unplug the blower motor, and put 1 lead into a pin in the connector, and the other in the other pin. Turn the key on, if it lights up, then the motor is bad. If it doesn't, ground the test light and check for power into the motor, that would mean the either your relay is open, or it isn't getting to ground to close and supply power to the motor.
