2003 GTI headlamp bulb replacement and lumbar ?

Question:
My drivers side headlight is out. The brights work and running lights but no standars light. I changed a bulb on a '99 Jetta before and it was not fun. Does anyone know if this is similar and how to best accomplish this?

Porsche or Lamborghini?

Also, I pushed back on my seat the other day and now my lumbar is gone. Spinning the wheel does nothing. Is it worth my time to try and fix. Oh yeah, my warranty has expired:(

Last time my headlamp went out, i just went up to O' Reillys and they snapped it in for me. About your seat, i have no clue. its gonna piss you off until you fix it. Might as well.
