2008 corvette, Will GM evr make an automatic Z-06 ? If the Cadillac V can with same motor why not ?
i have a MK3 vr6t jetta with 17s. they are 245/45-17 and there are no rubbing issues what so ever (even with a 60/40 suspension drop). you should be fine. it will look odd with 17s and no suspension modifications though but if you decide to lower it, it will look $$$$$$$$$.From a 360 Ford 76 f150 to a 95 351Win. what about the wiring harness?
17 in will work but you may have to roll the fenders depending on the tire width. Anything over 17 on mk3 look like garbage.I had a 97 Jetta GL and tried 17" rims and it was a very tight fit. I changed to 16" to prevent issues.
What does a "EML" sensor sign on the gauge board on a bmw 528i mean?
Check the right sizes on: www.tirerack.comi had a 1996 Jetta trek and had 16" rims with a 2" drop (Eibach springs). they were 1/4" above tucked and looked perfect. i considered going to a 17" rim, but decided against it since i would rub every once in a while when driving over a dip in the road at freeway speeds (not too often tho).
i think anything over 17" on a MKIII platform is too much. i saw 19s on a MKIII Jetta and it just looked silly.
Is Cadillac going to come out with a platinum edition of the newest Escalade?
so...i bet those 17" rims look great on that car!
