according to tirerack.com you can fit 18 inch wheels and tires under your focus.if your like me and drop your focus 2 inches you can get by with 17s.for the person that says a focus is faster then you think hes right.i have a 2003 ford focus zx5 running 12.8 in the 1/4 mile not that bad for a 4 cylinder

1st of all why would u put rims on a focas?>??
2nd youd need a life kit unless u have a body kit on it and you want to lift it up if u dont have a bk then u do get the bigger tires then ur askin for ur front bumper to be all scrached up
