1996 neon 2.0sohc why does it seem like it has power cold but when its at running temp it has no power?

Question:
my car will have power in the interior untill i go to start it , when i try the power goes off and stays off untill i turn the key back and try agian or when it feels like coming back, i don't have any blown fuses and i replace the fuseablelink from the celonid if the car hasnt been run this is what it does but if i pop start it (5 speed) it runs but when i stop and turn it off it has no power at all in the car.
