Question:
And is AWD any better than front wheel drive in these cars specificaly?
Answers:
What do you think of the new shape Honda Civic?
The positive thing is that R32 will stay "stuck" on the road. Transmitting the power in the 4 wheels, wich makes the ride more relaxed at full power.
Where can i get spindles for the front end of a 1976 ford f-150?
You don't need all wheel drive unless you live in earthquake country and need to get the hel* away from the city fast. Buy a 2 year old NEW BEETLE. They are really fun...and you don't need the TURBO version. I owned one. Another GREAT car is the Ford Focus. Very quick and reliable. You would love it...or the NEW BEETLE, either one.R32 you can't go wrong with that car.
Honda dirt bike don't know year. All I have is some number of engine here they are MR175-2101838?
Neither. Don't get Volkswagen. Very cheap quality (engine wise). You want a serious high performance car, get a Subaru WRX STi. Last you way longer.Dodge/Jeep (Caravan) what's the difference between a regular model and a "sport" model?
I would go with the R32. Its a beautiful car that doesn't need modifications to make it a fun car. GTIs are fun too, but they don't come in that beautiful blue color. Styling, its much better plus its AWD. AWD is great for driving fun curvy roads and good launches at the street legal drags. And even though you may not NEED AWD, its still fun to have. The GTi is a more fun drive, less expensive, less expensive to mod, and overall a great car.
Where to tap for oil return hose with drivers side mounting on 5.0 ford?
the R32 is significantly heavier, more expensive, and not really all that much faster. its a more premium car, and technically has more potential, and is just plain cooler, but the GTi is a great car.
Can a stock Lancer Evo engine backfire with a full turbo back exhaust??
If I was paying, id get a GTi.
How many miles does a 1995 pontiac century run per gallon?
and GTis can be had in that blue (or you used to be able to get them). Its either Navaro blue (the audi color), or the very similar Jazz blue (which is a VW color). My old GTi was jazz blue. Super rare.
Cabana pop top caravan, does anyone know the maker?
and the STi is a great option. I now have an 05 STi, which is a great car. It doesnt have the character of my GTi, but its a monster performer, and 10x better on the track. The GTi will crap out electronics on you, but the scooby might crap a tranny. kinda a reliability tradeoff.
What's a "sexier" car - the Honda Civic (sedan) or Mazda 3?
it really depends on what you want from your car. the R32 is a special car that has been given a performance edge by Volkswagen, and they did a great job in my opionion. the 3.2l 24v VR6 is a great engine in that car with good tuning possibility and a decent power to weight ratio. Volkswagens arnt the lightest horse in the stable, but they arnt the least luxerious either (good quality interior and sound deadening isnt light!)...the $$ per gained horsepower is going to be high, it's just the nature of the beast, so you should be prepared for that if you are looking for a Volkswagen with mods in it's future.Who Manufactures the best 3 inch lift for my 2005 Jeep Rubicon?
the 2.8l 24v VR6 in my Jetta is similar to the 3.2l 24v VR6, but with obvious differences, and the road to modification has been expensive and slow, but i'm in no rush and my bank account cringes every time i look at www.eiptuning.com (saving up for a turbo system now), the stage 1 turbo system for the R32 produce between 425-450 bhp...and only goes up from there!
the 1.8l GTi is a good car too, with huge tuning potential also. the $$ per horsepower figures on the 1.8t are significantly less with substantial gains, but at the end of the day you are still pushing a 4 cylinder motor with half the displacement to outperform an unmodified VR6. the new MKV GTi has a 2.0l turbo while the new MKV R32 still has the same 3.2l 24v VR6 (horsepower output from stock has been increased a bit tho).
What is the bolt pattern of a 1989 chevy caprice?
the AWD system on the R32 is a great thing to have, there are the obvious advantages of better handling and traction, but you also get the advantage of having a car that is quite rare and still very highly sought after...which keeps the resale value up. the GTi is a great car also, and still has it's devout followers, but the R32 is a step up.
Mazda3 or Subaru Legacy Sp.Ed. Sedan?
I have an '06 GTI and its really fun to drive. The R32 is nice... and even though there is a price difference on the base price of about $8,000... its worth it in the run since you wont need to modify anything. Either one is fine. I like them both. Just depends on the amount of cash you have in your wallet. And just a friendly tip... dont listen to the first answer... you can't compare a ford focus with a VW GTI or R32!Why is my ford escort '99 battery draining all the time?
If I had to make the choice, I would go with the R32, however, keep in mind that the R32 comes stock with "seasonal" tires, which means if you live where winters get nasty, be prepared to get a set of winter tires (I prefer Bridgestone Blizzaks), because the stock tires won't be useful. Good luck with whatever choice you go with. Can anyone help me?? i need a hood for a 1967 ford falcon?
Def. go for the r32 its an awesome car. The gti is cheaper but the r32 is a better preformance carHow reliable are AWD Subaru Impreza sedans?
R32 for sure. They only made a limited number of them, so if you have you - it sets you apart from the other VWs on the road. They are a little more expensive, but worth it in the long run - you won't have to do as many mods. It's fun to drive, and handles great.More Questions & Answers ...
