YES there was a car that could park like that my dad saw one in Germany in ww2 he said you pulled up to where you wanted to parallel park pulled this leaver and the 4 wheels turned toward the curb side and the car moved slowly to the spot you wanted ,then you released this leaver and the wheels went straight again , he never saw the car leave so he didn't know for sure that it could be made to turn back out toward the driving lanes again, they also had power windows back then , hope this enlightens ya was fun to remember my dad ,and some of his adventures, thanks..jimMy transmission wont shift in to gear, why?
