2006 Civic LX coupe. Thinking about changing the radio to High Definition unit anyone done this.?

Has anyone gone to HD radio. Can I buy the DX dash cover to accomodate the new radio faceplate? Is their anything else I need to know? I just saw a BMW commercial that HD is now included, and for where I'm at I think it may be the better solution for me. I'm not into subscription radio. I don't live in a remote area (Chicago) and when I travel long distances I usually buy new music as part of the road trip experience.

changing the factory to an aftermarket on these cars are more work than in the past. you have to get a new kit to cover the center dashboard where the A/C control and radio unit are. it also requires changing out or cutting the brackets holding in the factory head unit. HD is awesome, but be prepared for this added cost in changing it out.
