I sympathize with you wanting to make this night special. However, it appears that you can't even rent a little Dodge Colt if you're under 21! That may be why so many are hiring limousine services for Prom Night. I listed 2 websites below for limousine rental. May I suggest that you not go for the stretch - unless you are going with several couples. Try something more exotic like a Bentley or Rolls Royce. Tulsa is no farm town, but I know kids who drive their tractors to prom. Maybe a carriage ride would be nice. Or, find a friend/ uncle/great-grandmother or whatever with a ritzy car that they would let you borrow. (on prom night??not in my world)

i myself rented a Stretch Limosine (white) pimped myself out that way.also had a good video camrea for me and my girly. rented for 8 hrs. went clubbing. check your local yellow pages dude under car rental places/exotic cars..
