How does a TTC weekly pass work?

Question:
It said "The Weekly Pass is sold from the previous Thursday, until the Tuesday of the week for which the pass will be used." So buy them on the previous Thrssday and use it until the next Tuesday?

Why do people drive so slow on a single lane road that the traffic backs up behind them?

Say you want a pass to ride the bus from Monday the 15th until Sunday the 21st. Well...you would be able to buy the pass from the previous Thursday(11th) all the way up until Tuesday(16th). After Tuesday the 16th...you would be unable to buy a weekly pass and be able to use it for that week.
