don't know where you're going in Canada but from South Bend IN [ Notre Dame ] to Windsor Ontario Canada [ just across the river from Detroit] Greyhound cost 50 bucks and takes about 6.5 hrs
Amtrak can get you to Niagara Falls ON CA for about 90 bucks -basically the same price per mile as greyhound and much faster.
