usually it depends on how fast the majority of the traffic is going. if most of the drivers are going 75, the police usually wont pull over anyone, but that doesnt always happen, because when the police is present, everyone starts slowing down. but if you are the only one going that speed while all the other drivers are going the speed limit, the police will likely pull you over, and issue you a ticket.How did you get your license if you have to ask a question this stupid?? 65 is how fast you're allowed to go. You can be ticketed for 66 if a cop feels like it.
