usually it depends on how fast the majority of the traffic is going. if most of the drivers are going 75, the police usually wont pull over anyone, but that doesnt always happen, because when the police is present, everyone starts slowing down. but if you are the only one going that speed while all the other drivers are going the speed limit, the police will likely pull you over, and issue you a ticket.

no it means you drive 65... that is the speed LIMIT. usually police will give you 5 miles... that's it... so any more than 70 they can pull you over.
