Will the NJ Transit's Proposed West Trenton Line ever get done?

Question:
I am moving to NJ on March 1st, more specifically, Dunellen, which is on the Raritan Valley Line and I hope that NJ Transit goes ahead and builds the West Trenton Line. It would be great for me when I go to Philly, especially on the weekends where I wouldn't have to go to Newark to go South again. Its not bad during the week, but on Weekends, its a nightmare.
