Major traffic violations, usually counting as two points, stay on your record for 10 years (including DUI, reckless driving, hit and run, failure to appear, failure to pay, etc). Fix it tickets mean nothing, I once got 7 fix its in a week. Moving Violations stay for 3 years. I once had 25 points....took 4 ever to clear thatWhere can I find out how much traffic a particular street gets?
In California there on your record for 3 years and then it will come off. Make sure check with your insurance the next day after it is sopose to drop off.4ever
