Question:
You know, I could go all over Dallas and Ft.Worth for $70 a month by using the bus and rail service-- slightly less than what my car insurance costs-- but I don't do it! I dislike long, shaky bus rides, layovers, busloads of sweaty people taking all day to get somewhere I can reach in 30 minutes in my car, but that doesn't explain why the beautiful, swift trains with cafe-type tables and booths instead of traditional seats are often so underused. If we were sensible, we'd put out $70 a month just to have the option of traveling sometimes without contending with traffic and gas prices. "I love train rides," a stylish, well-dressed business woman from Massachusetts I met at the train station told me. "I'd hate to fight the Boston traffic to get to work every day. I could have rented a car to drive to this convention in Dallas, but who wants to?" I know she's right! I don't smoke, but can't stand not to drive. Why are we like that?
Answers:
How many people does a regular sized school bus hold?
sry im not reading all that junk you wrote just for a few lousy points and i drive anyway cause im not a monkeySimple. It would require people to possibly be in contact with strangers. We in the U.S. live in a society of terror where we fear everything and everyone. For this reason we insulate ourselves in private transportation instead of public transportation.
