i own a repair shop,and you probably have a belt that's getting old and dried out, and with the cold weather ,it will make a stiff belt do this ,you can try adjusting it,but usually its a better idea to have it replaced, also in the morning when you car starts the alternator kicks in and puts back the energy it took to start the car with,and that's what makes the alternator belt do it when you first start it,but id have all the belts checked just to be sure ,you don't want to be stranded in the kind of weather you have up their that's for sure,good luck,i hope this help,s.please help with a bus... please?
