Colorado Springs - Denver public Transportation ?

Question:
Do you guys know about the public transportation in Colorado? I am going to move there next week and I will be staying at colorado springs but I have to go to work at Denver during regular office hours. I don't mind max 2 hours up and down between 2 cities. Is there bus or train or metro transportation out there so that it would be easier to go to work. Please suggest me the transportation options you know if you have lived or are living in these areas or know something about it. I would appreciate suggestions.

California traffic ticket on highway shoulder?

FREX (Front Range Express) IS probably your best choice, although it will depend on where you are working in Denver and where you are living in Colorado Springs! With I-25 construction going on in the Springs commuting locally can take quite a while. Our local transportation system is NOT good or very widespread yet. Go to http://www.frontrangeexpress.com... and check out the FREX schedules and where their stops are in Denver. There is also a light rail system in Denver but is still being built and is not all the way down to Castle Rock yet (about halfway between Denver and CoSprings and where it will eventually end).

What time on Christmas Day do you think is the worst traffic time in the NorthEast?

Good luck on your move - it's a beautiful place to live!!

Stuck in traffic & have to go to the bathroom - what would you do?

1) go online and look up the bus routes and times.
transportation is poor in America, except for the major cities. You need a car to get around.
2) Also search for car pools in Col Spgs online using a search engine like Yahoo.
3) Go to gazette.com and get a phone number and ask them for suggestions.

new driver?

Colorado Springs to Denver has a bus system called FREX. It's very cheap, and has a park and ride feature where you can park your car. There is a parking place near where the old Tiffany Square theater used to be across from Woodmen Valley Chapel. The bus ride even has wireless internet. It makes several stops in Denver - but check the schedule. Due to all the bad weather lately, it has been choppy service.
