Question:
Everyone knows most young people like to drive like an idiot and think they know it all when they first pass their test - weather they have done 10 hours or 120 hours driving experience makes no difference.
Will you save more gasoline by driving from point A to point B at 55 mph or at 30 mph?
After all I bet you don't drive now like you did on your test - both hands on the wheel and going at 27mph and checking all mirrors before you even move your hands or feet.
how much do you tip at a full service gas station?
So Anyone else thinking this new idea is just an easy way to reduce the number of cars on the road in the future... by making so hardly anyone can afford to pass their test in the first place.
What is the availability of surface transportation in Jamaica?
I would support this rather than that whole pay-per mile thing.

which cities in the US and Canada have subway systems?
I think that the suggestion that learner drivers must have motorway and night driving experience very sensible. Motorway and night driving are totally different to tootling around town at 27 MPH. Motoring is expensive enough now. If you can't afford to pass your test, you aren't going to be able to afford to run a car are you??? I agree with you on your point about young drivers being idiotic. Their driving contributes to my insurance premium going up every year.I did 75mph at a 70 area, The camera didnt flash so i dont know!?
So long as the government helps people for 120 hours of driving because for this scheme to work it would have to be done by driving instructors, if it was done by Joe Bloggs then you could learn their bad habits and become a worse driver.how many gallons to drive 1,500 miles in a BMW 525d 04 plate?
theres only two types of drivers out there good and bad the bad will show up within the first 3 years off driveing the only way to say there good is after ten years or more with no accidents or tickets myself its 30 years no tickets or accidents i consider myself few and far in bettween good luck to all but what i dont agree on is the merit system in manitoba canada u can only earn 5 merits but if i get a ticket or a accident good by 2 merits what kinda **** is that ? good luck to all newbe driversDoes driving in over drive burn more gas then driving in normal drive?
Would you agree to this if you didnt have a licence already. I think you are being selfish. You can fail your test for driving at 27 mph now. At some point in your test you are taken on a road with a 60mph speed limit and YOU have now failed with your 27mph. Not all new drivers are idiots, My daughter past her test at 17 is now 22 with a 5 yr ncb. Dont tar everyone with the same brush. Are you so perfect!.ADDITIONAL - i dont agree with the pay per mile thing as I have 506 miles to go to visit my parents, do it twice a year, yes I could fly, but nearest airport is 90 miles away, parking, plus dog in kennel. expensive either way. Maybe more toll road like at birmingham, you then have the option. I do use it.
To be honest I don't really have a view on the subject I just saw the Question. I do wish to offer this. You need 40hrs to be licensed to fly a plane... You don't hear of people flying too fast in places they shouldn't. This is not due to better training expense or anything else. To pass a PPL the bog standard pilots license you have to pass an apptitude (i think that's how you spell it) test. This basically assess if you are mature and sensible enough to fly a plane. I think this would be a FAR better way to go about it. views?
