Take it to a drag strip, otherwise there is not any place in California, except maybe Death Valley or some other desert area, that you can open it up without the CHP getting on you.

Like someone said, the autobahn in Germany. My ex was there last year and he could not believe the speeds the cars where going. I think in Cali though it would have to be a drag racing place. we have one here and its fun, esp if you want to race your car.
