Being from Belgium, I live in a country where 3 languages are spoken: Dutch, French and German. We have similar political issues as in Canada, though the French and German speaking Belgians tend to be less extremist.

Do we burn gas, more than usual during winter and summer just by using AC/Heater.?


I live in Flanders, the part where they speak Dutch. My dad comes from a French speaking background. So I call myself a Belgian! For your information, I'd be suspicious about license plates or bumper stickers like the one you mention! Are you sure those are legitimate Canadian plates? I'd go for the political issue here too!

Hmm, I have to edit this post and agree with the link proposed in the previous post. Je me souviens really refers to French heritage and is a saying mentioned on all license plates in Quebec!
