Does anyone feel lost when the street signal lights give out?

Seriously I am so dependant on the red light green light situation that if the lilghts are malfunctioning at an intersection I just get totally perplexed. I don't do to well with cops directing traffic either.

It is aggravating, but part of the life of a driver. If a stop light is out due to a power failure, treat the intersection as a 4 way stop. As for the cops, follow their instructions. They will wave you in the direction you want to go when it is your turn. Do the best you can otherwise. Good luck!!
