Why has gas gone so high now?

I'm right handed and passed my test first time. I would think you need a fair degree of ambidexterity to be a good driver. You're pretty much using all 4 limbs equally when you drive. I did once read somewhere that experts reckoned that it is slightly safer to drive on the right hand side of the road - in countries where everybody drives on that side, of course! I can't remember the exact reason why, though.

Does anyone know if you need a permit to park down a side road in Wimbledon city centre?

How can anybody answer this? Each person has a skill set, and cannot know how this would vary if they were of the 'opposite persuasion'

Can I turn left on a left turn lane signal when the signal is red and no yield sign?

I doubt anyone will be able to answer this! How could anyone possibly know?? Great question though!!

People coming across the line all the time?

Brilliant question! As a 'leftie' I have to admit there are certain things in society I find hard to handle (quite literally!). I hadn't thought about the advantage of being a left hander if you drive a manual car in the UK, but I think you could be right! I passed my test first on the first attempt.

Stoplight question?

I'm in the UK - i'm right handed and took three goes to pass my test, my BF is a leftie and he passed first time!
So it is possible that there is some truth to this theory.

Commute question for NYC (Upper West/East to Great Neck)?

as a left hander i would say no it isnt any easier to drive if you are left handed. i only write with my left hand as everything else is geared for right handers from the way you eat dinner to the tin opener so you get used to doing most things right handed except writing

Does anyone commute from san gabriel valley to USC?

No idea. I'm ambidextrous and find driving here and overseas a doddle. One of my sons is left-handed and he's had more accidents than the other who is right-handed. Doesn't mean a thing, really, accidents are accidents but you've got me thinking now!

Does the wheel on the bus actually go round and round?

I am left-handed but I do not think it matters. I drive manual transmission and use my right hand to change gears.

Map of m7 toll from sunnyholt rd blacktown to campbelltown rta road information?

YOu can really answer this question. the only time when being left handed in a right-hand drive car would be an advantage is when you want to be cocky and steer the car one-handed to the right. I do this but I use my right hand when I am want to steer left.

Do left handed people find it easier to drive?

Left handed and have found no difference in driving left or right hand drive cars. Now computer keyboards are another matter - notice that the number pad is on the right - a real pain if you're left handed.

What is the best lane to drive in during heavy traffic?

Yes i think it would depend on whether you were driving on your usual side of the road.
I last stopped driving after an accident a long time ago and as an extremely nervous driver i think it would make me even worse if i were to suddenly find myself on the opposite side of the road.
Maybe i was nervous anyway because i am left handed when i eat and right handed when i write!?
Interesting question.

Who here has driven in the carpool lane without anyone else in the car?

While illegal in every state I've previously licensed myself there once was a device that attached to steering wheel
that right or left hand would grip to assist turn. It was ball of hard plastic that freely rotated. The problem was people
allowed the wheel to be steered with one hand and two hands
are much safer. In my experience, the ball tended to be positioned on the left hand side. I assume this afforded our
right-hand usage drivers free hand to do other things with.
This was before cellular, ipod, laptop, and even Starbucks
coffee cups so go ask the old folks what they were doing.
