what time in the morning does the rush hour end so i can go to JFK , drving from stonybrook , to pick up my folks?

Forget the Van Wyck....From Stonybrook take the LIE West to the Northern State West...take that to the Meadowbrook West...take that to the Southernstate West...take that to the Belt Parkway West...follow signs to JFK. Should be a good ride after 9:30-10. Without traffic...should take about one hour...with traffic...maybe 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
