Usually about what I need to do when I get where I am going, why it is taking so long to get there, why are the roads so woefully inadequate to handle the traffic load, why don't people maintain lane discipline, why are the speed limits so low, is there anyone nearby driving stupidly whom I need to avoid, are there any weather or road conditions that are hazardous, are there peds/kids/motorcyclists I need to look out for.

How does a TTC weekly pass work?

I think about what a tiny spec I am in the world and how insignificant we can all be in the order of the universe. Ultimately we are microscopic beings on a universal plane. Billions of people gad about the planet trying to form something meaningful in their lives when in fact the inevitable face of death looms over the horizon signifying the end of whatever life we have. I see the homeless struggling to survive and think about the numerous ultra wealthy multi-billionaires. I think about global warming and the possibility of chaos erupting from the lack of life supporting resources that we all take for granted. I think about genetically modified foods and the ramifications of such in comparison to the benefits that were purported by tobacco companies 60 years ago. I think about the mindless activities of the corporate world whose only concern is that of profits. How long will people be treated like cattle by corporate minded governments. The planet is disintergrating around us and we can see it but don't do anything about it. We are polluting our life sustaining habitat. Why are people so complacent and apathetic? Why do people wait until the fire is under their own feet before they feel the heat? Why do people do crazy things? Etcetera ecetera etcetera.............if you think that's alot, hey that's just when I'm driving!
