Which of these two things would you be more likely to do?
It's a funny Thing that you asked this Question. The other Day , on my Way to Work i sat on a Redlight next to a Cab. It was Nighttime so i could see the Meter. As i looked, the Meter moved to a different Amount.
On the side of the Cab it tells you the Rates it says every additional 3/8 of a Mile is .25 Cents. So, i dont know but do they cheat you, when the Cab is stopped ?
What could be wrong with a person who can't learn how to drive?
Yes they do. By law they are regulated and allowed to charge you while the car is not in motion. However, in some states, drivers are required to stop the meter to charge in time mode if there is an event like a total traffic standstill such as a major accident. From there it charges the normal distance fees. This also is an opportunity for both the driver and the passenger to negotiate a flat rate.how far is queens park from centre of shawlands?
