I occasionally drive charter buses. That's pretty much impossible for the driver alone to do, you can't reach the dump controls from the driver's seat. As a matter of fact, I don't know of any models where you can access the controls from inside the bus. So if the bus is going down the road, it can't really be dumped. And even if they could, the dump chute is only a foot or so off of the pavement, it would splatter out onto the road, but really couldn't empty the contents "on" your car.
