Where can I buy a cell phone jammer?

Approach local businesses about advertising on your car, but it may look like a NASCAR by the time you are done. Also, with all of that it may not pay for fuel, and general upkeep.

I think, you mean carpooling?

AA Route Planner?

Are you refering to having someone pay you to place advertising on your car? I don't know where about that, but I would highly recommend you become involved in a vanpool. Many employers provide cash incentives for being involved in this. There is a "Transportation Demand Management" agency for almost every area of california where they will help hook you up with a carpool. For example, they have Commute Connection in San Joaquin County and RideLink in San Diego County. Most of these will be operated through either the Metropolitan Planning Organization (examples: SCAG, SANDAG, MTS, etc.) or transportation commissions (RCTC, OCTA, etc.)...Would give you a number to call if I knew what part of the state you lived in (CA is pretty big:)
