Be grateful, I'd pay £17 a month to park, seeing as I don't even get a space where I work, I just grab what I can locally.

Do oil companies have a right to raise gas prices?

If they are providing parking space that land must cost something. If it wasn't being parked on they could sell it off. They must be paying rates on that land. So I suspect that a rate of £3 a month is heavily subsidised. Do they offer a subsidy like that to somebody who comes to work by bus or train? No, I thought not! Why should you be subsidised to drive to work? Alternatively perhaps your employer could offer a subsidised bus or rail season ticket, or lay on some form of staff transport if normal public transport is impractical.

How to beat the new speed traps in South Africa?

It is ridiculous.. if you ask me, all employees should get free parking, irrespective of where they work. My last job, I was on minimum wage and it would've cost me £17 A DAY to park there. So I had to drive to a train station, get a train into work, costing £3 a day.. and leave my car in their car park.. where it was constantly broken into, so.. couldn't win!

Why does Texas have huge highway interchanges?

To be honest £3 per month sounds ridiculously cheap, even after the rise, assuming you work a 5 day week that's 85 pence a day for secure parking, and you have the cheek to complain, your employer is still probably subsidising this and you don't even appreciate it, if you can park cheaper nearby then do that, any city or large town in the UK would cost £15 a day for city centre parking, worse than that i read the answers you've recieved, leave you job, ask for a rise, do these people live in the real world, your owed nothing.

what is the strangest?

What's the going rate there? Have you considered a bicycle?

What is the phone number to San Francisco Greyhound station?

It doesn't matter what they charged last month, it matters what they charge at the next car-park over. Parking is real estate, and that's all about location, location, location.
