well here's my idea take Amtrak from San Diego to Los Angles
then you can change to a Metrolink train (one going to San Bernardino)
but you only take this train to Montclair then you board a omnitrans
65 or 68 bus to chino..
(you could also do it via San Diego Coaster to Oceanside
and then connect to a Oceanside -Riverside/San Bernardino metrolink train but then you would then have to transfer to another
train to Montclair..
