It's fun for about the first 5 times, but later it becomes very annoying because they're never on time, you have to play the no-eye-contact game with strangers who make you paranoid, and be on the constant lookout for a seat or face being stranded in the standing position for the better part of your commute. How will traffic congestion be in 30 years or so?

I'm lookging for a gps monitoring system to track my kids driving speed?
Been in tons of them in different cities and different countries. No big deal. Like flying-a cool experience the first couple of times then very mundane. Almost boring. But, in many cities it is the fastest way to travel. And it's very cheap.Kind a like being in prison . Any thing could happen at any time . Very nerve racking .

Yes or no: Are you annoyed when parents take an open buggy on public transport?
I've only used them in Washington D.C (when I went on Business trips) and in Los Angeles (when I worked downtown). I like em! In a way they add time to your day because you can read, do a puzzle or write a letter...can't do that while driving. I certainly wouldn't use them in bad areas late at night. The Washington D.C. seemed to be designed a lot better, it was easy to figure out what the fare should be and what stops you needed to use. The L.A. one has this silly system of "spot checks" for tickets, you're not really paying fare, it's insurance against a $250 ticket, and it was harder to hear the stops.what does spary means, in drag racing. thanks?
Its not too interesting. I live in new york, and in the Manhatten, subway is the only way people get around. Its pretty unsanitary since you don't know who could have been sitting in your seat before. Its efficient though...sometimes the lights go out...lots of people around sometime...not too much different from riding a public bus, lol.More Questions & Answers ...
