Question:
Rules for driving Gas mopeds in California. 50cc can I drive a moped in the bicycle lane. Do I need a license to drive it?

Answers:

Why has our School bus system in this country turned into a taxi service?

Mopeds are motorized vehicles, so you drive in the car lane. I suggest close to the bicycle lane but never in it ... you could get a ticket if you do that. Yes, you need a license (like I said, it's motorized). Some states exclude the smaller engines but a 50 cc. is not particularly small. Make sure you wear a hemet -- geeky as it may look -- and use your hand signals clearly. No one is worried about you being a bad driver, everyone is worried more about what the idiot coming behind you will do, so please drive safely and always anticipate the unexpected.

Is it farther there or by bus?
