LOL........I went to Virginia a few months ago and I noticed the same exact thing! Plus they just stop instead of merging when they get off the freeway! I don't have any explanation for it .Because you are ALL related!!

Probably the same reason why people in Michigan can't drive. lol... It's not just Virginia it's all over. I love it when people get in the hammer lane and putz right a long....grrrrr lol...They just don't care about anybody else as they think they're the only ones on the road
No idea why, but at least you're not in Arizona. People drive upwards of 50 mph over the speed limit, change lanes an inch from your rear bumper, and generally disobey every single traffic law there is. There isn't a single day that goes by where you don't turn on the news and see an accident (usually two or more) on the freeways. People here drive like Hellen Keller on a meth bender (which isn't so surprising because something like 20% of the population here is on meth). Just remember, it could always be worse.
i dont know why but if you ever see the virginia plates on the road please run away they also come to a complete stop when there is a yelid sign and no cars are coming

For the same reason people in North Carolina, do the same dam thing. They see your licence plate Dummy and they are getting even. I often wonder where females hide their cell phones on their body, they seem to be able to whip these dam thing out of no where.
