help, my fella is trying to get on to the a444 to get home but all the road leading this was are blocked. I cant get onto traffic websites to find an alternative route for him. Does anyone know another way to get on to the a444?

A38 to Burton U Trent is the pits.Have you tried getting off at Stretton?You might get snarled up at Burton town.Me, i take the country lanes at Barton(off the A38)hop over to Donisthorpe and hang a right onto the A42 then M42.That should be close enough to the A444.Mind the M6 interchange it's wacky races at tea time.Now ask me another.
