I need to find out how busy a certain freeway is on weekday mornings. How would I find this out? I can easily find out the CURRENT traffic (using www.sigalert.com), but I'd like to know how it is on average, at a certain time.
I want some one to drive me around in Glenallen USA. I can afford Petrol?
