Call a tow truck and have them tow the cars away. Problem solved. I had the exact same problem too and that's how I handled it. It stopped them from violating my space for sure.Our neighbours did this, we simply parked behind them and blocked them in.

if you live in a house and they park on your drive phone the police if you have asked them to move it and they dont. If you live in a flat then check the parking rules and make sure you are right before you go and have a word with them. I have the same problem, i just park about 2" from the back of there cars so they cant get out, this means they have to come to your door and ask you to move, then you can bring up about them parking in ur drive and maybe it will stop, it worked for me.
