Why do some vids that seem so ordinary, get tens of thousands of views on sites like youtube?

why do some stupid vids get a lot of views and others get so few...whats the trick to getting many views?

Because from the 300 billion people on Earth, 79% of them own computers and only 41% of those people use youtube which is alot. Many of them think of random ideas most of the time and jiust search those videos with the idea. Others just stay on the site forever and keep looking at random videos. So if you think of a simple video then you would probably get more views then a more complex video(video with lots of ideas). Also if the video has many tags then if people search one of those tags your video will apear.

Why can't we seniors get together and work out a way to NOT buy gas, deisel, or oil for up to two weeks?
