It used to be a rule of thumb that an average speed of 50mph was about what a loaded truck could legally achieve.IT may be a bit more nowadays.Gotta also take into consideration traffic volume, road and weather conditions, type of terrain travelled, and toll receipts can all be taken into consideration in determining driving times from A to B

329 miles in 6.5 hours is just about right, around 50mph.

How can I find the average traffic on a freeway at a certain time?

They take into consideration whether you have driven through any large populated areas, or basically highway. They also take into consideration that most speed limits for trucks are 55 mph. You should be averaging about 50 miles travelled for every hour logged. 6 1/2 hours for 329 miles is too close. That would have you not stopping at all. While it is possible, it is hard for them to believe. Log exactly what you do, and do it legally. Save yourself the stress and worry. That's what I do. There are too many ways for them to catch you in a lie... toll receipts... scale transmitter times... border crossing paperwork... the list goes on.

Balfron street map stirlingshire?

Basically you just need to be sure your miles vs. time is realistic. If you were driving 200 miles and loged it in 3 hours time that would indicate speeding. Generally, you can always show more time to travel between two places due to traffic and possible other delay factors. Using your example, in most cases 329 miles in 6 and a half hours would be about right.
