Yes, they turn into even more idiotic drivers. Had seen one just stop from 50 to a complete stop to catch a left turn lane he couldn't even get into, then he stayed there holding up the traffic lane. Which of course I was in stuck behind him, slamming my brakes and flipping and screaming.
