I believe that in Montana, or another of those upper-midwest states, the speed limit is not really a limit at all. It is a suggested highway speed. So you can exceed it if you wish. That's the closest thing I can think of.Do you hate it when people enter the highway going about 45mph.?

yes, heading down i-5, towards oregon theres about a 50 mile staright away, and they put the speed limit at 95mph, and then a lane for less experienced drivers, that should only go 70mph.
