But get by them fast, they may mug you, or move into your basement. But back to the root of all of this evil. PLEASE, if you are going to drive slow they give other lanes to you to piss other people off. The Left Lane, BY LAW, is a passing lane. You shouldn't be in it unless you're passing some body who is driving too slowly. Then you can pass them and get back into the slower lane again. Where you can continue to stick your liberal finger up your liberal nose. Don't have every right, just a lot of rights in this country. You were given wrong info in that you make the rules.
