I don't see why not, but if they are leading a procession to a funeral, all the vehicles in that procession are suppose to stay together, no matter what. You're not suppose to cut through the line of vehicles.

I think that's where they drive actually just because they want to insure that its a nice peaceful flow to the funeral home even and the traffic on freeways is just to stop in go so think they are allowed to use the car pool lane that and there are less accidents there and the last thing they want is to put stress on the family of the desist by having to tell them the body was damaged or destroyed in a car wreck
